Earlier, I printed my order, including the Estimated Earnings.....

But it had about $50 of stuff in the unknown category.... and so I went and checked the orders, and everything had a correct category....   so I didn't know what to change....

Now, I didn't change anything - and I just reprinted the order - and now it has all that was unknown in the counts toward discount section....???

Also, I've found that things didn't always add up the same way as Avon did afterwards....  but I can never figure out what I would have to change.....   Can we get a report that shows which items are in each category to come up with the numbers?

ie.....

Items that count towards discount.....
000-001  (sales 231 customer jane doe)    generic lipstic      $5.00   x1   = $5.00

etc....

that would help me figure out what I might have put in wrong, or help me figure out where the differences are....

If you are a Canadian rep, our variable discount has changed.  Perhaps that is your problem.

I know the discount has changed for us (although I thought that started C7) - but the point I have is that stuff is showing up as having not been assigned a category, but as far as I can see, everything HAS been assigned a category....

I had another Rep with same issue. I asked her to send me a copy of her files so I can check through.  My guess is that some Products on Orders are not saved properly to file (shows Regular Earnings but is saved as a blank).  I think in addition to fixing the problem I will add a new report a Rep could print that would show any missing/blank items and what Order they were in so they could be fixed.  I would like to add another Report where you could print just the Estimate without having to print PO (good for Reps that Upload to Avon site).

If on the report it could (optionally?) indicate which items were in each category, that would help me figure stuff out too when it just doesn't match what Avon came up with on the Invoice.... that might help me get better at making sure the category is right?  Avon's invoice in Canada does that....   

btw - I still love the program!

Has this been fixed?  I never had an issue before but upgraded to the new version for this campiagn and it is SO completely off (e.g. "no discount  -$141.50"  Seriously it says a negative amount.)  and then there are some unknowns, and then it is showing the next earnings level as the 1550 level which I am no where's near.  I don't need it to be exact, but would like to have it a little more acurate than this so I can have a better idea of how close to the next level I really am, you know?  I do have everything entered and labeled properly, I double checked.  Help?!?

I have found and fixed a bug in Report, will be in version 2.05 (out this weekend, probably late Sunday)

WooHoo!!  Thanks for all the hard work you do...it's an awesome program.  (I know, you hear that alot...and never tire of it.  ha.)

I am running 2.05b and I am still having a problem with this.  Any tips...?
