Try it on your next Campaign but when you see Window with 'Would you like to save this Upload information and update the quantities in the Order file' click on 'No' if you have not seen your data entered in the Avon site web page. This will allow you to try again (because if you say Yes to above question once it is saved MBA won't upload it again, this is to prevent duplicates in your Avon Order).

You should see Avon's web order page fill with data. You then check to confirm data is ok and accept (MBA just acts as a page filler, typing in your order items for you, so it is like you do normally just MBA filling in the data).

Items can be removed if not linked. For example if you change all customers to one of the two territories you can delete the misspelled one (as no one is linked to it any more).
