Error Code 90 is passed to MBA from Windows OS.  It means the file is corrupted/damaged.  The most common reasons for an Error 90 is a power failure (or PC turned off), PC hung (frozen/locked up) before file can be completely updated. 

Yours is on a Brochure file which is the easiest to fix.  Just delete the file "2006-17.tps" (its your Campaign 17 brochure and its located in your MBA folder, normally C:\MBA ), then download a new one from the MBA website.

I didn't even know that some USA Reps still had access to the old Avon site.  Don't switch to 2.03 if you only have access to old website as 2.03 won't work with it. 

When is Avon going to switch you guys over?

There was a problem earlier today with manual downloads (via Downloads area using your Web Browser).  I have re-inserted the USA Brochures and will have the rest of the files available today (Sunday Aug. 13).  You can download Brochures with the new MBA for Avon version 2.03 (main menu Files - Download Brochures). New version 2.03 is now ready for download in Downloads area. 
- Fixed bug for Downloads from within MBA.  The new website's FTP server was more strict and would not let you download from MBAs main menu File - Download Brochure.  This is now fixed.
- Fixed (but needs more testing) Uploads to new Avon USA website.  When Avon created their new website they changed the Upload Forum so MBA no longer worked for USA Reps.  This has been fixed but should be considered Beta as it has not been thoroughly tested yet as I wanted to get the new version out so Reps could download brochures.  Don't for get to change your Rows in Setup to 50.
- New - Uploads has a new button on toolbar (far right) that allows you to print a list of items being uploaded.
- New - a new tab has been added to Customer's record to list Payments
- New - a new report has been added to Customer record - Payments tab - Statement that allows you to print a list of Payments and Orders for this customer complete with a running Balance column.

There are several new features I wanted to include but have left for next version in order to get this version out early to fix the Download Brochure problem.  Version 2.04 will be out in laste August or early September.

Avon has changed the layout of the USA website.  MBA still has the old Form layout so it won't work (size, field names, etc. have all changed).  I am just about to send a new version out to a couple of Reps for testing today.  I am hoping to have it working and included in the new version 2.03 out late this week.

You have to enter it yourself but there is a report to help you with a lot of the calculations. Under Reports go to Accounting - Sales Summary.  I have thought about having MBA automatically update but it reduces the flexability of the Accounts setup. 

Also lots of what your going to put into Accounting is going to come from outsides sources like Auto Expenses, Office supplies, Phone bills, Software purchases , etc.

USA C19 Brochure is available in Downloads area.

I have had a few Reps email as well as ask on Forum so I thought I would just clear this up.  MBA upgrades are free. I know now adays we live in a world where we tend to be a little more suspicious and a little more skeptical.  But the upgrade to the website or the issue with downloads is not a sign that I am about to charge for upgrades now that everyone is hooked on MBA. Unless there is some dramatic change to the costs of running a website the upgrades will remain free.  I also have no plans for increasing the price.  I will end the "Two Friends" program someday but not in the near future.

Hope this eases a few minds.

It looks like MBA will have to be upgraded to Download form the new Server.  There will be a new version out late this week.  If you need Brochures they can be Downloaded from the Downloads area using your Web Browser.

MBA always assumes if you have Inventory you want to sell it.  Just curious, under what circumstances would a Rep not want to sell out of Inventory?

If you add them to C17 they show up in Delivery Report.

Once a Rep reported adding Refund items from last campaign to her personal order so she would not forget them and also have them added to PO report.  This might work for you.

I know a lot of Reps find all the Options on the Delivery Report usefull (like adding previous balances) or setting up Territories and sorting your deliveries that way (you can always adjust the sort order with the arrow keys at bottom).

The "I" is for when you are buy stock for Inventory.  You can MBA take out the items by printing a PO report, see the last check box on report options window "Update Inventory On-Hand amount".  Only use this checkbox once per campaign.
