With regard to the Clearance brochures that you asked about, Linda, I send Stan a copy of the Aussie Tally Form each campaign so that his volunteers can input the codes and descriptions for the brochures that we download. Unfortunately, the descriptions are not included in the clearance section of the Tally Form. Cheers,
Kristine

I'd like to see the backorders and shorts from previous orders printed in black on the invoices. There is already a code letter to let customers know about any shorts they may have had. It would also be better all printed in black especially if you don't have a colour printer, or if like me, always run out of ink and only have black to print with!! Cheers,
Kristine

I have found that if you want to change something on the Sales Order you must TAB across all columns and then it WON'T change. Hope that works for you, too. Cheers,

MBA Versions / MBA for Avon / Re: Credit Balance

Stan, It would be GREAT if you could find a way to always carry over any credit a customer has. Most times I can apply the credit to a customer's next order but with customers that order infrequently, it can be many campaigns before they order again and I have to rely upon my memory (not always working lately! ) to apply their credit. Cheers,
Kristine
