Yes, I think it problem with installer. Here it installs fine on Windows 2000 and XP but has issue with Win7 but a Rep had the opposite (worked on 7 but not XP). I will have a new 2.11a up on website soon.

Hi
I seem to be having trouble upgrading to 2.11. After install program - will not run at all (nothing happens!). Have had to go back to 2.10e. Have tried uninstalling mba before install as well and it still does not work.
I am running windows 7
Can you help?

Will have C14 and C15 up on website on weekend, C16 later next week.
Avon UK released all three at one time (wished they had C14 a week or so earlier).

My C14 goes into Avon in 5 days - does this mean you're never going to have my current campaign at the same time as I am doing it?
Is there anything that can be done to change this?

Yes, check your Setup - Campaign tab for "Previous Campaigns" field. Try setting it to 1 or 2.

The ONLY problem I have with MBA which I have used for years, is that if I mark sell lowest/order lowest then the cpg listed is usually the one in which it was a demo and then of course, if I miss that, Avon won't send it to me or it will be a cpg that is more than 3 cpgs old. If I choose sell current/order current then something from the past campaign won't enter because it's not in the new brochure. Is there a way I can make sure that I am ordering from the previous cpg and get the price that it was in that cpg. For instance, this is C17, my customer wants something that was on sale in C16 but the order is showing the c14 price so now I have to go back to my C16 brochure, find the item and double check the price before I upload to the Avon order page.

What I am looking for is to be able to print my customer lists by territory
example I work territory 111, 113, 117, 512, 515 and 526
what I would like to be able to do is select by territory number and print only that list of customers not the whole of customer list.

Yes 15 is my current campaign, downloaded brochure several times just in case a hiccup in download,
CP 15 pg 150 20856 @ 1.99 comes up in order as CP 14 @ 4.99
CP 15 pg 143 03878 @ 1.99 comes up in order as CP 14 @ 5.99
