Love the program... great ideas for Avon sales rep that don't want to complicate things myself I setup a access database for my wife and I found a way to build the databases from the actual catalogs pretty fast (What I love about avon they got standards of doing things just look at the mags for all regions and languages) just let me know should you need help with some tables of data (As long as I know your data standards I can give you a hand) reason I am doing this is that I REALLY know the frustration that goes to get the edge and as long as it's not affecting my wife's sales I don't care... the offer is there (Maybe we could exchange standards to make all our lives easier)

There will be a new version out on Tuesday.  It will have fixes for UK uploading (website fields changed) and have added Rep's website address to Business Cards.

Cheers,
Stan

Currently MBA does not import Orders.  How are the CSV files formatted?

The idea of MBA as web service is not for Customer Orders (except for Helpers), more for the Rep to access their data via web browser.  My understanding is that Avon Reps are not allowed to have retail websites for Customer/Sales other than using Avon's site for that country.

Cheers,
Stan

I would also be interested in testing your new imba. I was looking for a feature that would allow importing of sales orders from a CSV or Excel format. Why so, is that I have a service that allows my customers to order products using voice, SMS, and email. It collect and stores all orders centrally but I was thinking of using a program like yours to manage the orders once collected.
Does your current or new version allow imports? Our service runs in the cloud so it is accessable via web service calls in a push pur pull manner.

I am backing-up my files on my flash drive.  I want to be able to plug this flash drive into another computer and be able to edit or add to my MBA.

Thank you for your feedback!  Sorry if this was answered.  I can't find it in the search.

I am having the same problem with the printing to only 2 invoices per sheet.  Tried the other options and got nowhere.  In Adobe the invoices where so small, no one could possibly read them. Is is not possible to set up the program to print 3 invoices per sheet of paper - that would be the perfect solution.

See Setup - Sales Orders tab.  Option is "Invoice Type"  Full Page,  Short (2 per page).

Additionally, you can also save your Invoices (and reports) to a PDF file from within the MBA Report Previewer (see red Adobe icon on Previewer toolbar , at top right).  You can then open this PDF file in Adobe Acrobat reader (a free download from Adobe) and print each "page" 2up or 4up (per sheet of paper). This would cut your paper usage as well.

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Stan
