I know there are alot features I amnot utilizing in MBA

Right now I use the customer invoices... and I use the  cutomers outstanding balances report.

What woud be the next things I should check out and how.

I know a lot of Reps find all the Options on the Delivery Report usefull (like adding previous balances) or setting up Territories and sorting your deliveries that way (you can always adjust the sort order with the arrow keys at bottom).

Even a few more NEW items in next version out late this week.

I've found the Campaign Sales and Statics Report to be very helpful. I keep finding new things all the time. Maybe in a few years time I'll be considered proficient. I'm on the old Avon site, so, I can upload my PO to Avon. I love that feature.

I didn't realize I could use the arrows at the bottom of the Delivery List to adjust the sort. Thanks Stan.

You don't have to do anything to set it up. It's triggered by your sales orders. I use it as guide when I'm packing up. Everything is handy. I give small gifts to customers that have larger orders, so I can see at a glance how many I need. I also use it for my own accounting. Run the report and see what it might do for you.
