Stan,

I was looking for a report that would show all my cash receipts for the year but the closest one I can find is the campaign sales report. which shows what I billed, not what I collected.    I know I can print the oustanding balance report and deduct those amounts from my total sales, along with all of my personal purchases but wondered if there was a report in the making for our receipts so we don't have to do that at year end to get our income.   I report on a cash basis on my tax returns.

When I stop and think about it I am suprised no one has asked before.  You can't be the only Rep working on Cash basis. 
Should be fairly simple (just a list of Payments, in a given date range).  Could probably have one added for next version.

Okay...I just tried the Payments Received report.   I like the format so far..except I was hoping it could give a total at the end so that I don't have to add up every item.     Would that be hard to do?

I just checked (you had me worried for a minute) and it does have a Total on last page.  Am I missing something??

Hi, Stan. I like the Payments Received Reports. I would like to make one request, though. Along with the option of getting payment info for a specific date range, could you also have a choice to have payment information for a specific campaign? So, instead of saying I'd like payment info from 1/1/2007 - 2/1/2007, I'd also like an option to get payment information for a particular campaign like campaign 1 or campaign 2. I hope I'm explaining myself correctly. This would help me out during tax time as well.
