I usually print out the customer phone list to keep track of who has brochures or not when I am doing my brochure deliveries but I would like to do it by location/territory instead.  I don't see a choice for that, I see first name, or last name, or active choices but not location choices.  Am I missing something?

Have you looked at the Delivery List. You can record/track brochures with it.
