UPLOAD ISSUES

I just went to upload my purchase order.
I got an error, and this new version asked if I wanted to save my upload. Not sure what it was so I said yes. Now my order never got uploaded and I cannot resend it. Everytime I try there is nothing in the order tab on the upload portion of the Avon site.
HELP!

No problem, you can still get a list of items to upload. Version 2.04 allows you to Upload multiple times during a Campaign. After the Upload you save which Orders have been Uploaded so they don't get uploaded again (prevent duplicates). You can go to Data - Uploads to see a list of Uploads (Campaign/Date/Description). You can use this to print a list of items so you can upload them manually.

So there is no way to upload them again? That can be a lot of entry.
I went to that view the uploads before I posted here, but there is nothing in there. I had to go to my purchase order report and print that and upload.
I liked the other version better...at least there after failed attempts (which happened often on Avon's site) you could still go back and try mulitple times until it worked. Now if it doesn't work the first time, we are SOL.

Many Reps want/need the ability to do multiple Uploads per campaign. I will look into adding an "Undo" button to the Uploads window to allow Reps to Undo/Delete an uploads history so they can do it over.

Still having the same issues....I cannot upload my orders. It has not worked since the new version. Or could it have something to do with the year change?

Does it not Upload any fields at all? Is there any error message(s) from MBA or Avon site?

I upload it like normal and log into the site. Go to my order screen and hit update.
It takes a bit, shows it is working then then it puts campaign numbers into the boxes (well some of them...they appear to be random and skips many lines in the order.
Once I click update order....it errors out and says there was technical difficulties.

I am also having a problem.
The first page loads, then when I try to save it I get a message 'A technical issue was encountered'. If possible please retry your request at an off peak hour.
I thought this might be an AVON issue, so I went to their sight and entered an item and tried to save and it worked. Then I went back to MBA and tried again and got the error message again.

I am not positive of this but it has been suggested that when the Avon website is busy it can't handle MBA entering
50 items in a matter of 10 seconds (it has to lookup the items and confirm the fields are correct, Product Number, Campaign number, etc.).
If you could try again at what would you think would seem an off peak time and see if that helps. Otherwise if that does not work email me and we'll see if we can try some experiments to find the problem (and better yet a solution).
