Is it possible to have a new feature added to the printing out of customer invoices... IE, that the invoice report doesn't print out invoices for specific people. Perhaps in the individual Sales Orders themselves, there could be a check box that gives the option for no printing of that particular invoice, and or a check box in the actual customer info so you could permanently have that customer as a no invoice customer.

That feature already exists.
If you go to your sales order screen.  Then choose print campaign, up on the left it shows a page for each invoice with a check by it.  You click on the check to remove it and it won't print for that person.
Click on the check once and it will show you whose invoice it is, click on it twice and the check turns to an X so it won't print.
