Hi, I have just realized that one of the features of MBA is the ability to email customer invoices as a PDF file.  How do you do this?

Hi there!

 Just save the Pdf file to your computer when it is open in the "Print Previewer".  From there... you can attach it to an email.

In the Print Preview window you will see a little red PDF (Adobe Acrobat logo) on far right of toolbar.  Click on it an it will ask you for a file name to save as (ie: for Jane's campaign 7 order "jane07", or whatever you will remember). Now send Jane and email and attach the PDF (attachments are normally done with the "Paper Clip" logo button in your email program).
