This is an issue I've been dealing with since I started using MBA and is still an issue with the new version.  It's a little tricky to explain, but I'll do my best.

The problem occurs when a customer has ordered more than 5 items (and a scrollbar appears) and I give them a discount.

When I initially enter and save the order, it is fine.  However, once I reopen the order, if I scroll down to the 6th item, the discount (in the discount box at the bottom) turns to 0.

The only way to get the discount to return is to re-enter one of the discount % in the item entry and then it magically reappears.

I have screen shots if that will make it any easier to understand.  For now though it's just frustrating because customers sometimes don't get their discount if I don't check and double check every order.

Hi there!
I know exactly what you are saying... I just was having a real hard time "explaining" it.   After scrolling... the discount disappears.  But when I close & re-open the sales order... it is restored to the origional discounted amount.  Of course.. if I scroll again... the process will repeat.

Must be a little bug...Im just glad someone else explained it better than I could've Smiley
