When I was first trying the program, I accidently created a person without a name.  I put in their adderss and phone number, but no name.   The person didn't appear on the customer list - so I just recreated them correctly.  (It took away one of my people count for my demo - but it wasn't a problem as I bought the program before I ran out.)

The annoyance is that on some things, this ghost person shows up - but I can't find any way to access this person to delete them as they are NOT on the customer list.   I can't remember the various places they have shown up (I think in some of the reports...) - but as I've just started using the Delivery List (which is more handy than I'd have thought!) - that is one place they show up.  (Of course, I just remove them from the list before I print it - but it is annoying.)

Any suggestions on getting rid of them for good?

Hi Stan - no the person never had an order - and I've added lots of people since then.... however, I actually managed to fix it by accident just now...

On the customer selection screen, I clicked on the "Territory" to sort by territory, to see who I had that I hadn't selected a territory yet - and the person showed up on the list at that point - so I deleted them with no problems.

If the Customer is added with no names then they won't show up int the list (index/ordered by name) but will show if Sort of Territory (assuming one is assigned). You guys have found good trick for a work around!  I will add more validation to MBA that does not allow a Customer with both First & Last names to be blank to be saved (Warning message box).
