There is a couple of bugs in 2.05 so I plan on releasing a 2.05a (just bug fixes, no new features) to solve these issues. Hope to have it out in a few days (maybe Wednesday or Thursday). Here is a list just so you know to watch for them.

1 - Download Error when your first start MBA. There was an issue in 2.04 with automatic downloads so I turned on all errors to helps me find it. This error message should have been turned off again. The reason it shows is you have automatic download of next brochure turned on but there is no new brochure available yet on website.  I will have it turned back off in 2.05a

2 - Fixed discounts print ok on multipage Invoice but don't print on single page Invoice (yet are deducted from total)

3 - Custom customer tax (the ones entered on Tax tab of Customer record) does not include the second Tax in Order, second check box on line item is not autmatically checked.

4 - % Discount goes away when Order list is scrolled (when more items than fit into list).

Cheers,
Stan

Great!
Thanks so much for putting all this time into your program... Im definately a happy camper!
Here are a few issues I would love fixed.  I think they are bugs... hopefully you can help.

On the sales summary (or any report)... Im having trouble with discounts LINE C.
It is only reflecting discounts for percentages... not for fixed dollar or helper discounts. (My helper discounts are updated after running the helper discount report.)

On the sales summary... LINE D (for Credits Recieved) is shown as a negative.  The formula is A+B-C-D... so it is really doing A + B - C - (-D).   This results in LINE D being added instead of subtracted.

On the PO... the category amounts are wrong everytime I run it.  But when I add up the categories as a whole... they add up to the correct sum.  I've checked each item... but that isnt the problem.  It's as if it randomly puts items in different categories (except for my demo/sales tools... it is always correct)

It would be great if these could be fixed... but I know it takes time.
Thanks again... have a great night!

Hi, I just updated MBA.. didn't realise there was an update.. still had 2.03. It would be great if you could send an email out when you add a new version Smiley

2.05 loaded really quick compared to 2.03 which is great

I have a suggestion, if you could add an option to the reports tab to report a list of customer email addys it would be really really helpful. I don't know about the US Avon site but on the AUS site, there is a page to send a 'campaign highlight email' to customers, detailing what's in the current or next brochure. It's a good way to remind customers to put their orders in but since not all customers have email addys, it's annoying looking through every MBA customer record to find email addys. I have to keep 2 customer lists, one with outlook, just to make it easier to send the emails.

Also I find the inventory shelf not as easy/userfriendly as I was hoping when I first started using MBA. I think one way to make it better would be to add a 'brochure' tag to the items so it's easier to return products later/find the right campaign account if needed.

Thats it from me, thanks for everything! Keep us updated Smiley

Cheers!
