When I click on shortages it brings up the past campaign instead of the current.  I always have to change it.  It's not a big deal, but can be a pain when there are a bunch of shortages.  Which brings me to another problem with the shortages.  You can only enter 1 item at a time.  This is a pain, as well, especially around the holidays when there are a bunch of shorts.  Is there any way you can change this to multiple items, in the future?

Thanks,

Mary

By the way,  I LOVE this program!!  I don't know what I would do without it!!! Kiss Grin

Hi there!
I think I can help with your default campaign # for shortages.
EXAMPLE...When you submit your C02 order... you should change your current campaign # to C03.
Then when you are able to see your backorders/unavailable items... you can enter them in without changing the campaign # in the shortages box.

Hope this helps Smiley

I always change my campaign # to the current campaign.  However, the shortages box shows up the previous campaign.

Still confused,

Ok... mabey I didnt explain it well...
Example...
You just submitted your Campaign 2 order and changed the current campaign to C3.
When you access your Campaign 2 invoice you want to enter your backorders.
Click Sales Orders....
Click the Campaign 2 tab (this is not necessary... but I do)
Click on Shortages and the Campaign will default to Campaign 2... which is the previous campaign.

You want it to default to the previous Campaign... cause your entering Backorders for that campaign.  Hope that made better sense Smiley
