New version 2.03 is now ready for download in Downloads area. 
- Fixed bug for Downloads from within MBA.  The new website's FTP server was more strict and would not let you download from MBAs main menu File - Download Brochure.  This is now fixed.
- Fixed (but needs more testing) Uploads to new Avon USA website.  When Avon created their new website they changed the Upload Forum so MBA no longer worked for USA Reps.  This has been fixed but should be considered Beta as it has not been thoroughly tested yet as I wanted to get the new version out so Reps could download brochures.  Don't for get to change your Rows in Setup to 50.
- New - Uploads has a new button on toolbar (far right) that allows you to print a list of items being uploaded.
- New - a new tab has been added to Customer's record to list Payments
- New - a new report has been added to Customer record - Payments tab - Statement that allows you to print a list of Payments and Orders for this customer complete with a running Balance column.

There are several new features I wanted to include but have left for next version in order to get this version out early to fix the Download Brochure problem.  Version 2.04 will be out in laste August or early September.

Stan, there are quite a few of us still abandoned on the old Avon site. In order to still be able to upload our orders, I think we'll have to keep the old version of MBA. Am I right?

I didn't even know that some USA Reps still had access to the old Avon site.  Don't switch to 2.03 if you only have access to old website as 2.03 won't work with it. 

When is Avon going to switch you guys over?

The only answer I've received is they will notify us when our district is to be moved. And, they haven't notified me yet.

Wow...  I thought July was the last month for the changeover.  I'd call avon again and ask what the holdup is.  You definately should have been moved by now.  (I was moved at the end of May)

We were scheduled to move June 22, but we were advised that there were so many problems that we will not be migrated until they are fixed.
This is the response I just got on August 11:

In this particular case, please be advised that we have postponed
continued migration onto the new website. You will receive communication
from us in the future as to when your District will begin with the new
website. I appreciate your patience as we work to improve the site
before releasing it to you.

Thanks for your many contributions to Avon. Please don't hesitate to
contact us again.

LaVerne,

Do you have any idea how many Districts this applies to?   I am just thinking if this is going to take a long time (say a few months) maybe I should see about adding Uploading to old website back in to MBA for Avon.  Also any affected Reps would then be able to upgrade to 2.03 and still Upload to Avon and be able to download borchures from within MBA (right now its only one or the other).

Stan, I'm not sure. I think all the ereps are on the new site, regardless of their district.

We answered a roll call and there were reps from LA, TX, MI, TN, MN, OH, KS, IN, MA, NV, WI and, of course, CT. I'm sure there's more, but that should give you some idea.

Wow, thats a lot.  Is there any idea at all when you guys move to the new website?

I see your from Connecticut, I love it there.  I have family in Westport.

Thanks, Stan. I kind of like it here too.  Cheesy I live in Monroe, it's still lovely, but building up a little.

I have no idea of when they may tansition us to the new site. I posted the last response I had from them(Aug 11) on one of the post in this thread. They gave no indication, just thanked me for my patience. Would there be a choice for upload, 'old way' and 'new way'?
