Is there a way to save each customer invoice individually? I have a couple customers who i email them their invoices, as I ship their orders to them and then they send payment. I had this feature with the av4 and it sent them through my outlook program. I would really like to be able to use MBA in full and not have to enter data into two different programs. Thanks!

MBA can save an Invoice as a PDF file (Adobe Acrobat file), in the Report viewer see red PDF icon in upper right of toolbar.  You can attach this file to an email you send to Customer. Use the Attach (paper clip icon) button in your email Program to attach file to email.  You can even launch your email prgram from the Customers record by clicking on the button after their email address (MBA will automatically fill in the address of the email for you).

Hi, I tried to save the invoice in the pdf but it saved all of my customers invoices and I just want to send one or two. Can you walk me through how to launch my email program? and how to save just one email and not all of them to PDF? I appreciate all the help!

ok, I finally figured it out!  Shocked Works much different than AV4.  Embarrassed But now I know how to do that and how to print and save individual invoices. Thanks!! I think I will like this program the more I use it.
