There was a problem earlier today with manual downloads (via Downloads area using your Web Browser).  I have re-inserted the USA Brochures and will have the rest of the files available today (Sunday Aug. 13).  You can download Brochures with the new MBA for Avon version 2.03 (main menu Files - Download Brochures). Thanks for you patience.

I am trying to download brochures for Campaign 18 USA.  It starts and then freezes up.  Finally, I receive a message box that simple reads:  Download Error.

Help.  C-18 started today for me and I have orders to put in.

USA C18 is available for downloading.  If you are still using version 2.02 or earlier you will have to upgrade to 2.03 to download from within MBA.  This is due to changes to the MBA website server. For more info on the new version 2.03 out last week see the post in this Forum.
