I have been getting an error messagen whenever I try to access anything on the program--was working fine until the end of C16.  So I waited until this mornings download and did that hoping it would fix--no good.  I can't even look at brochures--forget downloading.  I can't enter any orders at all.  Here's what I get:  FM3: Unable to open file Errorcode 90 received. Name: 2006-17tps.  Please help!!!

Error Code 90 is passed to MBA from Windows OS.  It means the file is corrupted/damaged.  The most common reasons for an Error 90 is a power failure (or PC turned off), PC hung (frozen/locked up) before file can be completely updated.

Yours is on a Brochure file which is the easiest to fix.  Just delete the file "2006-17.tps" (its your Campaign 17 brochure and its located in your MBA folder, normally C:\MBA ), then download a new one from the MBA website.

Hope this helps

Cheers,
Stan

Hi there,

I have had the same problem and have used your fix, which has worked well, thankyou.  My problem now is that I cannot download Brochure 15 from the site.

HELP!

Thanks

Hi Stan, sorry I didnt reply earlier than now.

I'm in Australia, and yes, running 2.03, but I have sorted the problem.  Er.... user error, I'm afraid *ahem*

Sincere apologies
