UPLOAD PROBLEMS NEED HELP ASAP

My uploads will get that message if:
1) I enter the item # for ordering new brochures in one of the sales orders
2) If the server is really busy
Check & make sure you didnt enter the brochure ordering # in any of your sales orders.

Ok one more question... How do you find out how many pages you have to upload??? 'Right now I have 3 but how do you confirm everything got loaded up ok?

Ok, this error is coming up after the items are entered and I hit update order in my avon....
So I have no problem getting the item numbers in, its when I update and it does that message.
Hope that makes sense, I got 1 page uploaded.
But its fustrating to continue to leep trying like this...

There are several ways to get information about Uploads. During Uploading you can click on the "List" button on toolbar. Also see main menu Data -> Uploads, it has several reports on what was Uploaded.

UPDATE
I was not able to fully upload my order, it still kept timing me out....
I had to manually input over 30 orders and $700 by hand because it kept timing out on me.
It took 2 hrs for me to do that and all morning playing.
Any new advice for next time would be great.
It would allow me to go to the search and input the pages, but when it came to updating in Avon, that is where it locked up and refused to finish.

Yeah, it kept timing out on me too. I just ran a purchage order report and keyed it in. It took about 5 minutes. The annoying part was having it time out and that's Avon's fault.What I don't understand is why, if I can load the item numbers in, it won't update. I did the same thing with my manual input, got to the end and up pops the message to update to continue. With the manual input it accepted the update, with the MBA submit routine, it did not accept the update. That just doesn't seem right.

Does MBA allow you to send your orders directly to youravon.com? I'm planning on cancelling erep as soon as I purchase MBA, but I don't want to have to go to
www.youravon.com
and manually enter my customers' order. What do I need to do to get the orders directly uploaded to AVON?

Kathy, Yes it automatically does it and once I figure out how it works, its going to be awesome!!!
I am cancelling Erep as of this campaign.Even if I have to do it manually, this invoice is just awesome!!!
I love the helper reports!!!!
But either way, You are not supposed to manually upload it, that is what MBA does or supposed to do,

I'm having the same problem!!!!! I cannot upload my orders onto Avon. I keep getting the technical erro message. I emailed MBA and asked them about it and I'm waiting to hear from them. I don't know if this is an Avon problem or an MBA problem. I'm new, i just bought the software today. How do I know if it's MBA or Avon?

I may be biased but I think its Avon's USA website. The reason I think this is that at slower times of the day there is no problem Uploading from MBA. Also some Reps have mentioned they even have problems (same error message) when entering Orders by hand.
I am working a "Delay switch" for MBA. The idea is to have MBA pause for say half a second. The user gets to set/adjust the delay in tenths of a second, anywhere from 0 (none) to 50 (5 seconds) between each Row added to the Avon Order Form. I am not sure this will help when the USA site is really busy but it should help when its only moderately busy.
I think more and more Reps are Ordering online and if you have 50,000 Reps all order within a few hour span it puts a very large load on Avon's servers.
