Huh I"m totally lost on the accounting... In line A, do I enter the total from my customers invoice? and if so will I be including in the tax and .75 processing fee? Next just what does line b stand for ? that's all for now.. I'll take it one step at a time!!! LOL OH YEAH!! even though I didn't use MBA in C7, can I still add that info in the accounting part?

You can use the Sales Summary Report to gather together info.  See main menu Reports - Accounting - Sales Summary. Also see the built in Help for info on what data goes where on the Worksheet fields.

Yes, you can enter info into the Worksheet from prior Campaigns.

Ok since basically the sales tax goes to AVON in what we pay to them, the only thing we have to the accounting sheet is the actual invoice total from merchendise then the charge for the processing fee? I think I have that part down... Thank you Stan.. and trust me I'll post more "blonde moment" stuff for  you !! LOL...

DO WE HAVE TO HAVE THE TAX ON THE REPORT?? Because I have playing around with it and the tax is not correct!! on a 33.35 + .38 = 33.73 and the tax is not 1.91... it $1.67

If you are going to include tax use the amount from your Avon Statement. If you include it under Sales you gave to also include it under Cost Of Goods because you pay it all back out to Avon.

I do all my accounting entries from my Avon statement, this has been a nice tidy way to do it and I am finding the system really good, gives me a really good indication of my actual net earnings. At this stage I don't have to worry about tax so haven't got that problem at the moment (Australia). I guess all the Avon statements are similar and all the info is there for you.
Despite a few little glitches I do really like the programme.
