So, an item didn't arrive last campaign. I marked it as backordered. Now, the item is supposed to arrive this campaign. How do I bill my customer for it?

On the sales order screen, there is a button at the bottom for shortages. If you go in there, you put in the item number and the campaign it is expected to arrive. MBA will automatically mark that item as backordered on the original invoice, and will create a new one in the campaign it is expected. It will also keep that invoice with no service charge so you don't charge them again. However, if they order more items, and you want to add that charge back, you still can do that. Works great.
