Hi Stan, not sure if you are aware but when I change my colors on the order/invoice text color, they always go back to the defult red after i exit the program and go back in. not sure if you are aware of this

I just tried it (changed all colors to pink), clicked Save, then "Ok" on Setup to save settings. Quit to windows, started MBA again and went to Setup - Sales Order - Color button, all colors were pink still.

Anyone else have a problem with MBA not saving your new color choices??

hi stan, changed colors on both sides to match one another, and still when i exit and go back into program they go back to all red, did a backup and downloaded the program again to see what would happen and still the same..
hopefully im not the only one

did a backup and reinstalled the program, now program won't do a back up nothing happens when i click on the backup, strange.... and still the colors go all back to red

Sherri,

Did you try "Restore" (main menu File - Restore) to restore your previous Backup?

Unavailable is black now.  It used to be red.  Can you add it to the text color list?

Mary,

Yes, Setup - Sales Order tab, Color button.  Now allows you to select your colors (some Reps wanted different colors for Returns/Backorders/etc.).  Not everyone wanted same colors, some wanted colored on screen but not on printed Invoice. So I did like the Hamburger company, "Have it your way"

Can you email be a copy of your Backup file as an email attachment.  Maybe I can get a better idea from that.

Got it, works fine here.  I emailed you a screen shot of program running (me editing your colors in setup).
I had no problem Restoreing your data, no problem editing and saving Order line colors.

PS: When you edit colors click on Save, then on Ok (if you don't click on OK they won't be saved, if you click on Cancel all changes to Setup are ignored).

Yes.  I love this feature!!  I was asking about the Unavailable.  There isn't a way to change it's color and it used to be red before the wonderful changes!!  Some day when you have time  Wink could you add this to the setup list to be able to change the color.

Stan,

I never got a reply to my answer (post above this one).  I, also, would like to know if anyone else is having problems with the sales order screen being black (I chose blue) for the previous orders.
