I appear to have a problem but I am not sure if it is me or MBA.

When I am entering a customer's invoice, if the item is backordered from the previous brochure then I have to change all the details...I have to keep a close eye on this because sometimes before the invoice is saved and closed it will change back to the current brochure.

And even though I check it all and save it correctly, when I print off a purchase order, the product is quite often put into the wrong part of the purchase order....ie it should be in the back order section but shows in the report as needing to be ordered from the current brochure...am I making sense here?

Anyway the upshot of this all is that Avon charge me heaps for something that was cheaper in the back order brochure.

Or am I doing something wrong....which is also definitely possible.
