I usually don't have any problems but since I downloaded the newer version 2.06 I can not get the new books downloaded. I have used the old way and the new way nothing. Huh

Has anything changed with your Setup or your PC?  Maybe Windows updates/patches or updates to Firewall or Anti-virus that may block access to internet.  Can you connect to the Avon website with Upload?

Version 2.06 still uses same program code as all previous versions (no changes were made to downloading).
