Do you enter your Business tools Under your name and mark as Demo / Sale Aids? If so, everytime that I try to enter a number like "482-899" it says item not found??  Do we had these somewhere or am I doing something wrong? Please help!!!  Undecided

I figured it was because the sales aids & samples aren't in the customer brochure, thus meaning that the person who makes the list up for MBA doesn't know those codes and so can't include them.
I've just been putting them in as you described without adding them to the brochure, and of course you could add them to the brochure if you wanted.
Maybe someone else has a better idea?

Also you should give them a page number like "SA01", that way you can use the Copy Product to Brochure function (in main menu File), to copy these to each new brochure so you don't have to re-enter them in each campaign.

The function allows you to copy groups by the first letters of Page Number so the above is easy to do (also see Help button on this functions window for more info)

 Grin  Thanks for the heads up Stan... I tried that and now I'm in the process of adding the items I use and order the most to my MBA program so I don't have to enter manually each time!!! I love this program!!!
