Hi Stan,

This is a problem i ran into tonight when submitting my order to Avon.  Like i normally do i always print a report of the order before uploading so i can verify all items are ordered.  but on my print out there was no exchange listed even though i know forsure i entered one on an order.  when i go to avon website and upload exchanges the information appears.  Could you please advise why the exchanges are not appearing on the report and yet are there when u upload?

Kelli,

Just to clarify, the PO Report or the Upload Report?  The Upload Report (List button on Upload browser) only has the Order info listed (in the USA they changed the wesite and now can only upload one at a time so I don't include it as most do it manually, I could probably include it for Canadian site).

it is the PO report i am referring to stan it does not list the exchanges only returns.

Also when i print the customers order off that has the exchange the exchange does not appear on her order only the return making it hard to know what product she exchanged it for unless you have a really good memory or go into the order and look.
