I have not posted one of these for a while so I thought I would remind everyone again about Backups.  MBA has a quick and fairly simple Backup routine built in (see main menu File - Backup).  This allows you to save all your data files into a single archive file that is easy to move/copy/email/etc.

You can Backup to an external source like a USB/Jump drive, network drive (on your home network), CD-RW so that your data is OFF your PC.  You can also just Backup to a folder on your PC then copy the singe backup file to an external source (all the above plus a CD-R).  You can even email it to yourself if you have Google/Yahoo mail that allows for the storage/saving of emails.  The important thing is to get you data off your PC.  Its even better if you can get a copy stored out side your home (email as above, friends/relatives house, etc.).  That way if there is a fire/flood/etc. all your data  is safe.

Once your data is safe it is easy to download a copy of MBA and Restore from your Backup file (including your Reg. Codes).
