I'm doing a fundraiser for my kids school.  One of the things that I just realized that MBA can do is keep track of the FR for me.  I can tie each customer back to a student, their teacher and the grade - just by using the helper feature.

My only issue now is keeping MY cusomters seperate from all of the students and teachers.  I'd like to just have a separate copy of the MBA on my computer - just for when I do fundraisers.  Is there a way to do this without interfering with my current database?

I need to have all the names typed in before Monday so ANY ideas - or if anyone has actually done this I would so love to hear that this can work!

Jess,

Yes, on (I think) the 3rd screen of install change the default Location from C:\MBA to something else like C:\MBA_FR (with the Browse button).  Once installed and setup (just put in same Codes). You can go into that folder and create a Windows Shortcut on your desktop and name it some thing like "MBA FR" so you can tell them apart.

Ok here's what I had to do to get it to work (in case anyone is wondering)

First I had to change the name of the MBA icon on my desktop.  All I did was take out the "for Avon" part.  I tried it 2x without doing that and it would totally mess everything up when I finished installing.  Trust me!

Then I did the intall and on the third screen when it asks where to save click 'Browse" then I added _Fundraising after MBA.

Then when it was all done it added another MBA icon to my desktop - I changed the name to MBA Fundraising so I will always know which is which...

Anyhow it's working fine now!  And when I'm done with the FR I can click and drag the MBA FR icon from my desktop to the Start menu so that it's always there - but not in my way!
