I had a new customer order 1 item and it was a short.  The total came to .06 when I printed.  How can this be when she has no items on her statement.  When I went back in the sales order, it shows $0.00.  Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, I have it fixed for version 2.04 of MBA (out in next few weeks).  If you have only one item the MBA Shorts routine removes the Processing Charge but does not remove the Sales Tax.  When you reload the in the Sales Order routine MBA corrects (zeros) it.
