Hi,
I was just wondering if there was ever a chance of having a web based program?  I do a lot of my work away from home and many times customers will ask me questions about what they owe, or the price they paid for an item, or the color of product they ordered in the past, etc.  I always have to say......when I get home I can take a look and get back to you.
I don't know what is involved in something like that so I thought I would throw it out there.  When I used the Avon site, I could just go log in and answer their questions.....well kinda hehehe!  They did not have a good customer data base which is what brought me here. But being able to access my records from anywhere was a big advantage!
