I am trying the demo verion until I get my registration code. I am unable to connect to the internet via the program while I can clearly connect with my browser, email etc. Is this part of the demo - no internet connection? If not - I can not find a way to setup the internet connection. (I also tested it without my firewall on). Thanks!

By connect do you mean connect to MBA (for downloading Brochures) or connect to the Avon site?

When I am in the MBA & I try to connect to anything that would lead me to the internet - downloading brochures, going to this site, I get a pop up window that states "You need to start your internet connection". How do I do that??

Very strange. I was adding a customer & hit map to see what the feature was & lo & behold my browser popped open & mapquest opened. Then I check the help tab & wanted to go to this website & I got the error message. why is that?

Try loading your Web browser (to get a Web connection) then start MBA and try downloading a new Brochure.

What version of IE are you running (I think the beta of the new IE 7 can cause problems). To see version number open IE, main menu Help - About.

I use Netscape 8.1 and am always on a wireless connection. Could that have something to do with my problem?

MBA uses the DLLs from MS Internet Explorer (windows default browser).  It works with IE 5.5 or 6.0 DLLs.
If you have an older version (say IE 5) just upgrade to IE 6.0 (you don't need for IE to be your default browser, just have the files on your PC).

I do not like using Internet Explorer. Acutally, I do not even have it installed on my computer. Is there anyway around this?

This feature is still not working for me. I have opened Internet Explorer, then MBA. I tried opening MBA first and it still does not work. I really hate that this isn't working for me.  Sad

I have IE 6.0.2900.2198.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519 (that was long).

Please tell me you have another tip?
