In the accounting section, the "H line: Cost of Goods" would this be the total of OUR invoice from avon for "Your cost"? AND would that include everything that we get from Demos to books??

You only include Demos in "H" if you resell them to customers.  If you want to write them off then they should be included in "M" in the expenses section.

If some time later you decide to sell a demo that was written off as an expense in "M" then just include the selling price in "A" but put nothing in "H" as you have already expensed the item.
