Hello! I'm new to MBA.  I'm wondering if and how everyone is using Points.  I'm intrigued, I just can't figure it out! Thanks!

Points are calculated manually and are entered on Customers Record (Points Tab).  These will print on your Customers Invoice if you have created Points in Setup. In Setup you can have only non-zero ponts print (does not print on Invoice if Customer has zero), see checkbox in Setup - Points tab.

Some Reps have plans like buy 10 Lipstick get one free and similar promotions.

Hope this helps

Cheers,
Stan

Thanks Stan!

I added a points statement in Setup, and see where you manually assign the points in the "My Customer" tab, but does it not show up anywhere (on screen) on the invoice, will it just print out automatically? Thanks!

Love the program by the way!

Yes, it prints automatically.  You can test by clicking of Print button on bottom of Sales Orders List.  The Invoice will Preview first on screen so you can cancel without actually printing it.

Cheers,
Stan
