What I do is this. After i have submitted my order i go to Reports>>>Accounting>>>Sales Summary, that pulls a report of your sales, notice the same looking stuff as the accounting window.
In the My Accounting, open a new campaign, click the box by amount window on each line and the accounts are already set up for you. I did go in a change a couple of accounts, like in the advertising part i put in an account for the e-Rep fee. If i can help further please feel free to email me off list
