What version of MBA do you have?  Do you get an error message from MBA and if so what does it say?  Also if you can't download from within MBA you can still download with your web browser by going to the website Downloads area.

I know the webserver was down for about an hour yesterday but that does not explain 2 days.

I have 2.03.  When I click on download brochure nothing happens

this is the error message...When I download then for the website then I import them

File Product could not be opened Error: (r=100)  then I click okay then it kicks me out.

If you download them from the Downloads area of website with your Browser, just Save thwm into your MBA folder (default from install is C:\MBA ).  If they download somehwere else (say Desktop or Temp folder) just copy them into MBA folder.  Now just increment your Current Campaign to use them.

You can also download Brochures from within MBA (if you have dial-up you must be connected first) from MBA main menu File - Download Brochure.  Also make sure any Firewalls you have installed (Norton, XP, etc.) allow MBA to access the internet otherwise you won't be able to access the Internet from within MBA.

Cheers,
Stan
