Will there be a new version that enters these numbers automatically? I know it can't enter our cost since our earnings levels differ but it could add up the customer discounts, and sales aids if you enter it as such.

Yes, version 3 will work a little differently (when I finally get it done, keep making changes and adjustments to it). It has a PO module and when you receive product from Avon you record the cost. When you complete Orders (deliver to customer) the Retail and Cost are recorded in the accounting module. You will still have to record all external purchases (Auto expenses, office/computer supplies, etc.).

I am soooo excited. I can hardly wait until this new version comes out!!! I am brain dead when it comes to the accounting portion. Cry
