You are allowed to Paste into the Number field of a Sales Order line.  Ctrl-V works, so does main menu Edit - Paste.  Where are you trying to Copy from?

Ok. I just tried again to copy from the "item entry form" on youravon.com. I highlighted, clicked edit>copy. I went to an order in MBA. I went to the item number field. Used ctrl-v, did not work. I tried edit>paste, did not work.  Embarrassed Just to make sure that it was actually copied, I opened Word, and hit ctrl-v. It pasted. I don't know what's up.  Undecided

The problem is the size of the item you are trying to paste. Delete a word or abbreviate. I paste to a word document and edit if it doesn't paste into MBA.

The only thing I try to copy/paste os the 6 digit item number (without the dash).

This is still not working. When I try to paste, my computer makes the "error" sound.

I went to my item entry form on youravon.com. I highlighed a item number. I clicked edit and copy. I went to my MBA order screen, clicked in the item numbe field. I clicked edit, copy. I got that sound. I tried CTRL+V, same thing.

I went to the Canadian Order page and I could cut and paste ok.  From youravon.com brochure I could not?? Then I realized that the Number has a dash "-" in it.  This makes it seven digits, to big to fit as field is only six wide.
Like LaVerne mentioned above, the only way is to save it to Word/Notepad and reduce size. This works but is very slow because of all the steps.

Cheers,
Stan
