I am relatively new to MBA so I do not know what the "norm" is but is it "normal" to have to wait so long for an answer from Tech Suport?  This is getting a bit discouraging.  Undecided

Sorry was off sick (had to go in and out of hospital for IV drip).  Back to work now.  I did keep up on emails but unfortunately fell behind on Forums. Almost caught up now.

I am glad to hear that you are well.

It would have been less nerve racking for us if you'd let us know something.  At least email someone so that could have posted a notice of some type.

I had almost given up hope.  We download AV4 and have been testing for about three weeks now.  I hope we see V3 in some form or fashion soon.

Thanks for your concern.  Your right, should have added a quick post here.  I did manage to keep up with emails (support AT marketing-assistant DOT com) and uploading new Brochures.  In future if in doubt just email me.

I still continue to work on version 3, have most of new PO done (Thanks again to everyone sending me samples. Really saved me from some very painful changes later, all countries are slightly different).
