Hi,

I am having some discrepancies with my accounting and was wondering if I could get some help.  Here are my numbers for C19

My total invoice sales is $927.51 (I added this up myself)
Total Tax on invoices are $61.70 (same thing here)

the Sales Summary says my total sales to customer si $917.17, so MBA is $10.34 short compared to my invoices, and the total Sales tax per MBA is $61.37, so MBA is $.33 short of what it should be.

Any ideas on what is going on?

Were there any items (in Sales Orders) that were marked as Inventory/Personal Use/Demos?

Cheers,
Stan

Do a Backup of your data and send me a copy (attach to email) and I will have a look at it.

Send to support @ marketing-assistant . com  (sorry for the spaces but Spammers bots harvest emails from forums)

Do you have winZip or some other compression utility?  Also, if you are using Windows XP or Vista, you can compress files in Windows.   You might want to try to compress the file before sending it.

Doris is correct, WinZip (or other) zip program will reduce the size.  Should reduc e file size by 30% or more. Your ISP may have a 10 meg limit on attachment files (common with many ISPs).

Hi Stan,

I know that you are super busy, however have you come up with an update to fix this issue? It's been a couple weeks and I would like to make sure this software is working correctly before I enter all my data,

thank you

I have it fixed. Working on one more issue and then will release a new version with fixes.  Should be available late Sunday (Oct. 19th) or early Monday (Oct. 20th).
