Yes, you can enter Personal Use, Demos, Sales Aides and Inventory.  See this link to FAQs here on website on how to go about it.

I have only tried brochures, but it was telling me the number did not exist...?  Is there something else I need to do?

If any Items a missing you can add the to Brochures List.  You can also change/edit existing Product Descriptions/Prices/Shade/Size info.  Open Brochure window from Toolbar, button for New/Change are at bottom of window.
