I have a customer who wants credit for items purchased in C4
As Im starting my C8 order I can only view C8, C7, C6 , C5

How can I view what I sold in C4?

Change the current campaign back to Campaign 4, view what you need to and then change it back to Campaign 8.  Everything will be just fine.

SUGGESTION:  Stan, might it be possible to have tabs for all of the previous 26 campaigns so that you can go back as needed?

ohhhhhhhhh thats a terrific idea
There are SO many times I need to refer back to a specific invoice!  I like the thought that we can view all 26 campaigns!

Don't forget that you can use ALL, then click on Campaign (to sort list by campaign number), then enter the campaign number (without dash, example: 200901).

An extra option is to sort list by two columns for example click on campaign (as above) then hold down control key an click on a second column (example First name), now it is listed by campaign and First name.  So finding Jane's order in 2009-01 just enter 200901 then hit tab and scroll down list to "J".

Hope this helps.

Cheers,
Stan
