I am new to MBA and was wondering where I should enter the brochures that I have bought for each campaign. Should they be put on the purchase order that I created for myself to keep track of my personal purchases, sales aides and demos? I was a little confused as to whether to put that stuff in a purchase order or just in the my accounting part. I read the FAQs on the site and it didn't really answer my question. Should everything we buy each campaign be on a purchase order?

Yes, you can create an Order in your name (for Personal Use purchases, Demos, Sales Aides, etc.). Also you can mark items in the by Transaction Type so you can include them in My Accounting and for updating Inventory.  Here is a link to the FAQ that covers some of this.
