I've downloaded the trial demo version to see if I like it enough to purchase it. Is the trial version not fully functional? I've encountered several problems. In the setting up menu: 1) It won't accept my name and keep it-it defaults to "demo" as the name. No matter how many times I go in and put my info in, when I click to save it I get a loud "bing" (like you get when there's an error) and when I go back in my name is gone and "first demo" and "last demo" are in the first and last name fields. 2) It won't accept my sales tax as a default. I've entered it as 7.075 which is our % and again, when I save I get the loud bing and it doesn't automatically put the sales tax rate on the customers files, I have to do it manually, even though I've set it up as the default. 3) I can find absolutely no way to upload my purchase order to Avon. I've read through all the help files and tutorials and they say that once you've typed in your sales orders you print up your purchase order and upload to Avon from the purchase order. There's no upload feature anywhere on my purchase order. Anywhere I can find an upload button brings up a box that's meant to show past uploads. I've stayed up all night with this and at this point, I am in no way inclined to purchase it. I hope I'm overlooking something simple and someone can help me out quickly.
