I have a customer that had a backorder worth $14.99.  Everything within the program is reflecting the $14.99 price with the exception of the "campaign sales details", this is showing a cost of $19.99 under the backorder column.  Would you know why this is?

I've tried playing with it but nothing seems to be correcting the problem.

Thanks

Kim

Is the product $19.99 in another (later) campaign?  Is there any chance you edited the record and MBA put in that campaigns price?

It was $19.99 in a later campaign but the campaign in question was $14.99.  I did check to make sure I had the correct campaign recorded.  Is there another place perhaps in the program I am not looking?  Like I said, everywhere reflects the $14.99 price except in the campaign sales details.

In setup there is an option where you can:
order from previous but charge current
order from previous charge previous
and current charge current

have a look in there the best way i have found to have it is order lowerest charge lowest

Hope this helps you

Just curious, if you change the price to $14.99 does MBA try to change it back to $19.99?
I should play around with this over the weekend and see if I can duplicate the problem.
