I was wondering... since alot of our sales aids product numbers dont change... why are they not included in brochures that we download. I hate having to add them all the time.

You can copy them from one Brochure to the next if you like. Just give them all a unique starting Page number (say SA for sales aides, kind of like MRK for Mark or BOB for Beauty on a Budget). Now that you have done that you can go to main menu File - Copy to Brochure and enter the "Page number Starts With" to "SA" and click Ok.
All the items will be copied (see Help button on window for moire Help).
Its easy to check the Prices afterwards as you can put your Brochure in Page Number order (by clciking on Page title) and all your Sales Aides items will be grouped together under "SA"
Cheers,
Stan

I have attempted the above process. I entered my brochures, my sales aids and a few items into the campaign 3 brochure in MBA. I tried to copy as described above. Though I have 12 items distributed on pages SA001 to SA003, when I chose copy to brochure and page number starts with... SA, MBA returns "There are no records available to process." I have the current verson of MBA. What is going wrong here?
Thanks,
Erik

I think it would be nice to have some "static" items as well that would always remain in there. Because we don't always use them every campaign, so I dont' think to go get them and copy them every time. So after one or two campaigns have passed, then I need them and can't remember what campaign I need to copy them from. Another example, I use a coupon code...so if I am offering $1 off the code would be 000100 or if it were .50 then the code would be 000050. But I don't use them everytime so I always have to re-add them. And the range makes it tough since the numbers are not is a simple range so you may have to ask for a whole bunch of different ranges to make it work.
Another rather odd thing too, is if you want to just add something on the fly and not put it into the database, you can do that but saying no you don't want to add to the current campaign and change the description, etc. However, you have to always go back and redo it because MBA saves it the same as the previous entry even though I changed it. So I have to go back and retype the description again.
Sure I didn't explain myself very clearly, so I don't know if you will even understand what I was trying to get across. Sorry.

I have the same problem as mentioned below. I will add something and say no to adding to campaign and I end up having to retype the description all over.

I have found that if you want to change something on the Sales Order you must TAB across all columns and then it WON'T change.
Hope that works for you, too.
Cheers,
Kristine
