How to do "2 for 1" Sales? |

Sometimes Avon has specials like "2 for 1" and "3 for 1" and it may not
be obvious how to enter this in a Sales Order. Enter 2 in the Ord Qty field and 1 in the Price Qty
field. Also the special may involve a Price change as well. For
example normal price is $6.99 for one but on special the price is 2 for
$10.00. After entering/selecting the Product code MBA will fill
in the Description, Page and Price. In addition to changing the Ord Qty
to 2 and Price Qty to 1 change the Price from $6.99 to $10.00
Another situation is if you have 2 products with different Product Numbers (example 2 Lipsticks for $6.99 and Customer wants one of each color). Enter each on sperate lines and put price of 3.50 for one and $3.49 for second, then enter a note "2 for $6.99" in Shade or Size to remind both you and Customer of why it was priced this way.
