| How to Upgrade MBA to new version |

First Backup your data just to be on the safe side (see MBA main menu File - Backup). Download new version installer program to your Desktop from Downloads section of website. Double click to start installer (make sure current version of MBA is not running while upgrading). Install new version over your old version (install into the same folder). Check when you start MBA that the new version number shows on the Splash screen when MBA first boots. If any of the data file structures have changed MBA will rebuild the files when you first use them (small yellow Window pops up with a progress bar).
