The download is not complete (bytes are missing from end of file). Delete the installer file and Download the file again. Note that sometimes Windows uses a cache and the file will download incorrectly the second time. To prevent this reboot Windows before 2nd download and/or download the second time to a different Folder. You can also download MBA with a FTP client (Core FTP LE is free, Download page http://www.coreftp.com/download.html , free one is at top).
