Uploading to the Avon  website Order page is done in a similar manner to doing it manually except you use the built in MBA Browser and MBA helps load the Order Page.  First of all make sure you have the correct setting for your country entered in Setup (see main menu Setup - Upload tab). Make sure you have the Order lines set properly (25 in Canada, 50 in USA) and that Upload Purchases check box is checked.

To start Upload click the Purchase Order button on toolbar, then click on "Upload" button when dialog box pops up.  Next the MBA web browser window will open and load the Avon site (using the web address you entered in Setup). Next sign in (User/password) and navigate to the Order page. Here is where MBA helps out. Instead of entering the items manually just click on the "Submit" button and MBA will fill the page for you.  Once the page is filled check it and save just like you would if you had filled it manually. After saving the page should reload with all fields now empty ready for you to add more items to your Order. Click on "Submit" again to fill form, check and save. Repeat this process until all items for Campaign have been Ordered.

The process is just like a manual Web Order (where you fill fields). The big difference is MBA figures out the Order quantities and fills each Order page with the click of just the Submit button.  Much faster than doing it by hand.
